I also tried installing Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2017 on my own work computer, which has the exact same Build Number and it works perfectly fine. Tried resetting the "Preferences" folder, but the folder doesn't exist Checked "Event Viewer" for any reports of crashing, "Event Viewer" shows that no errors have occurred related to Adobe Acrobat Uninstalled Acrobat 2017 again and tried to install on a new user profile just to see - same issue is occurring Reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, same issue occurring Ran "AcroCleaner" and restarted the computer to completely remove all Adobe files related to Acrobat DC and Reader Uninstalled Adobe Acrobat Reader, restarted the computer Made sure all Windows Updates have been applied Here are the following troubleshooting steps I have tried so far: The client is running Windows 10 Enterprise (version 22H2 with Build Number - 19045.2486) Usually after this, it brings me to the main screen of Acrobat, but this time, it showed the main screen for a split second and then the program automatically closed

The issue started after first launching Adobe after installation, it brought me to the screen asking saying "Sign-In Required", which was expected and I always click "Skip" with no issues due to us activating the software via our Serial Number. The installation went fine - I was able to enter the Serial Number for activation and it created a shortcut on the desktop automatically. I went to go install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2017 for a client last week.

Back with another Windows 10 Adobe Acrobat issue that have had two very similar cases show up in the past week
